Fathers Day MPS challenge

SO I decided to enter the MPS fathers day challenge. My kids and I got going on this card this morning. The kids are the ones that chose the design. My kids LOVE, LOVE, LOVE crafts...lol When i saw that this challenge was for fathers day I felt that they should be involved.....Turned out great :)

Card for my sister

So my sister and I haven't seen each other in a few years, because she lives about 30 hours away. Anyway she is moving back to NC and is really nervous about the move so I figured I would TRY to make her a card to cheer her up a bit and hopefully calm the nerves a bit too. I think I'm going to make a matching envelope to go with it. This is only my second attempt at doing a paper craft, wish I had more to work with. but I guess the stockpile will grow soon just like my other craft materials :)

MPS color challenge

This is my entry for the MPS color challenge. We had to use yellow, brown, and green. This is also my very FIRST paper project!!!! I think it's cute, but at the same time I'm a little embarrassed after seeing the other posts. Oh well I will get better as I go :) The pic showed up a little fuzzy but the green flowers also have a light brown shadow behind them.
